What:Yoga is a great low impact exercise for increasing your activity levels. This session is aimed at complete beginners and will guide you through basic yoga poses, concentrating on breathing and mindfulness. A great start to the morning for all abilities.

What:Take a moment for yourself and enjoy some pampering by having your nails painted. Appointments are limited and last 45 minutes each so book a place now by clicking here to avoid disappointment.

COOKERY DEMO WITH JOHN SUNDERLAND WRIGHT

When: Wednesday - 12:30 – 13:00

What:Join John Sunderland Wright as he demonstrates how to cook three healthy dishes live in front of festival goers. John will be showing you how to make easy but nutritionally balanced dishes which you can try out at home. There may even be some testers for some lucky audience members so to book a place please click here.
