Where : Wellbeing Tent

When : Tuesday - 08:00 till 08:45

What : Pilates consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength movements. It is a mat-based class which aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness, mindfulness and wellbeing. Festival-goers of all abilities are welcome to come along to this beginners’ session, to book a place please click here.

When : Tuesday - 10:30 till 15:30

What : We will be offering all day appointments for festival goers to enjoy the holistic therapies of Indian head massage and reflexology. The massage will take place in the massage chair so there will be no need to remove any clothing. Just take a few moments to relax and smell the essential oils in order to aid your relaxation.

What: Why not use your lunchtime to get your steps up by taking part in a gentle and scenic walk led by Living Streets who is a UK charity for everyday walking. Where : Wellbeing Tent

When : Tuesday - 17:00 till 18:30

What : Spend some time getting creative with your fellow festival goers by joining this workshop run by Alphabetti Theatre to create a short 2-3 minute play. The session will be facilitated by Newcastle’s very own Alphabetti Theatre and will allow you to use the arts to improve your mental health. Those who feel comfortable doing so will have the chance to perform their play for the rest of the workshop group at the end.
