What: Why not finish of your week by trying a new exercise class? Pilates consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength movements. It is a mat-based class which aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness, mindfulness and wellbeing. What: Singing brings huge amounts of joy and is proven to have benefits for your mental health so why not learn a new skill and take part in Beccy Owen’s Pop Up Choir? The choir is designed for any one from complete novices who have never sung before, to people who absolutely love to sign in the shower. Beccy will teach you two new songs from scratch, with the chance to perform them to festival goers for those who feel comfortable doing so.
