What: Why not finish of your week by trying a new exercise class? Pilates consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength movements. It is a mat-based class which aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness, mindfulness and wellbeing. What: Come join Northumbrian Water’s own Andy Kelly as he gives this shocking and insightful awareness talk on the signs and symptoms of Prostate Cancer. Worth attending for all ages and genders, this lifesaving talk will open your eyes on how you can take care of yourself and your loved ones.

BECCY OWEN’S POP UP CHOIR

Where: Wellbeing China Hat

When: Friday - 13:00 – 14:15

What: Singing brings huge amounts of joy and is proven to have benefits for your mental health so why not learn a new skill and take part in Beccy Owen’s Pop Up Choir? The choir is designed for any one from complete novices who have never sung before, to people who absolutely love to sign in the shower. Beccy will teach you two new songs from scratch, with the chance to perform them to festival goers for those who feel comfortable doing so. ART THERAPY

What: Art creation is a great stress relief tool. Amongst its benefits it is said to help people let go of pent-up emotions which are often difficult to express in words. In this workshop, you will be guided through various exercises that can help reduce stress, boost focus, release anxiety and heighten sensory awareness.
