08.00/05.00PM: Mindfulness - practice some simple and easy to use techniques and gain from greater clarity, well-being and personal investment.

Lunctime: MyndPlay - Using the latest EEG technology, control your brainwave patterns to do amazing things.

All Day: Indian Head Massages - release the stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints and improves concentration and aids better relaxation and sleep

All Day: Manicures - a manicure often has the side-effect of relaxing you; there are pressure points on your hands that correspond to other areas of your body

All Day: Mini MOT’s – book in for a quick health check, with results available immediately.

Evening 5:15pm: - Beach Volley Ball – register as a team of 4 to take part in this fun activity

8.00am: Pilates - learn how to correctly move your body to decrease pain, increase strength, flexibility and confidence.

Lunchtime: Lunchtime walk – collect route at the wellbeing information point in the China Hat

Lunchtime: Nutrition and food demo – A highly interactive and fun session on healthy food and nutrition with John Sunderland-Wright

Lunchtime: Wellbeing activities with New College Durham – try out the simulation suits, learn about CPR and First Aid

All Day: Inflatables – try your hand at golf / penalty shoot out

All Day: Mini MOT’s - book in for a quick health check, with results available immediately. 

Evening 5:00pm: ConfiDance - Challenge yourself to learn some basic dance choreography and find the confidence to perform like a dance diva.  Wear comfortable clothing and footwear

Evening 5pm: Pound Fit - cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, fun of drumming! Wear comfortable clothing & trainers / bare feet.
