08.00 Innovation Choir - anyone is welcome to come along, no experience or skill required, just a willingness to join in, be positive, learn something new and have a go at being part of an impromptu choir.

Lunchtime: Wellbeing activities with New College Durham – Recycled clothes display, mindfulness coloring

Lunctime: MyndPlay - Using the latest EEG technology, control your brainwave patterns to do amazing things.

All Day: Indian Head Massages - release the stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints and improves concentration and aids better relaxation and sleep

All Day: Manicures - a manicure often has the side-effect of relaxing you; there are pressure points on your hands that correspond to other areas of your body

All Day: Mini MOT’s – book in for a quick health check, with results available immediately. 

All Day: Inflatables – try your hand at golf / penalty shoot out

Evening 5:15pm: - Beach Volley Ball – register as a team of 4 to take part in this fun activity
