Durham Wildlife Trust is a local environmental charity restoring nature across County Durham, Darlington, Gateshead, South Tyneside and Sunderland.
The Trust manages 50 nature reserves totalling 1,100 hectares and growing, supported by 9000 local people through membership and with the help of 300 active volunteers.
