Wateraware Collective was founded by Ryan McClure and Luisa Charles, which emerged as a spin-out from their joint masters programmes across Imperial College London and the Royal College of Art.
Their mission is to establish a living map of water quality data in the UK and beyond, using a combination of innovative low-cost hardware, intelligent ML-driven software, and people power.
Through partnerships with key organisations such as water companies, indigenous communities, NGOs, schools, and water enthusiasts. they aim to bridge the water quality data gap ensuring the protection of our planet's blue spaces and communities for the future.
