This sprint will be take place over four days at Newcastle Racecourse. It will be of interest to any customers of water companies, anyone who has ever wished their water company did something differently, anyone who puts customers at the heart of business decision making, and anyone with an open mind. 

 

Out of the box thinkers! as well as Water companies / other regulated utility companies: people with roles associated with customer research and engagement, business planning and policy development; regulators; innovative research and engagement specialists.

 

How can water companies meaningfully engage with their customers so that their voices are heard, their preferences considered effectively, and they are genuinely involved and empowered when companies make decisions about the water and sewage services they receive and how they receive them?
