Smart Metering is here and now in small quantities, however as we travel into the future this is set to rapidly increase in volume becoming the norm.
We are seeing complaints around smart metering for a number if reasons. Smart Metering is required to guarantee our future water security, what can we do to reduce complaints in this area?
